Yes, you can attend the retreat as a day delegate, however we encourage everyone to be on the retreat ground. The cost of attending as a day delegate is:

Yes. You are welcome to attend the retreat on any of the days.

This is a family event and those with small children and nursing infants are more than welcome to attend. Children from age 4 have their own sessions at intervals during the course of the retreat. However, we respectfully ask that parents be responsible for the care and safety of their children (not allowing excessive and loud talking) when in the main auditorium.

Booking fees are non-refundable except under EXTREME circumstances. If (after booking) you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. **WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER ANY REFUNDS AFTER 31st MARCH 2025.

Full payment of accommodation and registration must be received along with a completed booking form by 31st March 2025 in order to secure your accommodation. If you would prefer us to send you a copy of the booking form, please contact us and we would be happy to email them out to you. Payments can be made online on this website, via cheque or by direct payment into the bank account specified on the booking form. Upon receipt of this, we will send you a confirmation receipt. Spaces are limited; please book early to avoid disappointment.

The Hayes Conference Centre is located between Nottingham (19 miles) and Sheffield (28 miles); 5 miles from the M1 Junction 28.

The nearest rail stations are Alfreton Train Station (3 miles) and Derby Train Station (15.4 miles). The nearest international airport is Birmingham Airport (62 miles). Airport pick up and drop off available subject to two weeks receipt of delegates’ itinerary.
